We are currently seeking:

Shop Manager

The Shop Manager will ensure that all Shop activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensures efficient Shop operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.

• Executes maintenance activities when needed.

• Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve Shop operations.

• Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.

• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.

• Make deliveries to field; Make returns of incorrect/bad parts to vendors; Make pickups of parts, stage them.

• Check In/Out of equipment, Document properly, ensure equipment is properly maintained

• Administrative Tasks

• Invoice coding; Credit card coding; WEX (Fuel Card) coding; PerDiem coding

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• CDL - preferred.

• Ability to operate/learn to operate forklift, pallet jack

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Experience with accounting/PM software

• Foundation, CentreSuite, ProCore, etc.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the Shop.

• Sitting, standing, lifting up to 80 lbs. etc.
