POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you an agent who is tired of bugging your friends to let you list their house? Do you hate being a buyers agent showing houses every weekend? Do you want to do more deals that close fast with cash investors? Do you want to buy for institutional investors?

We have what you have been looking for.

This isn't your typical Real Estate Agent role. You'll have more buyer/seller investor leads than you are able to handle. We've already purchased 500+ properties for investors this year...and we're just getting started!

We're building something special at Evernest which means you'll help build the go-to shop for serious individual investors and institutions. As an agent with us, you'll have access to a whole host of services designed to provide serious investors everything they need to grow their portfolio. From handling acquisitions to rehab management, property management, and service work -- our goal is to make working with us an (almost) passive investment for investors.

Our Vision

We're Evernest, and we have a big, hairy, audacious goal to grow our business to managing 25,000 single family and small multifamily properties by the end of 2024. To get there, we're looking for a licensed agent who wants to work with investors to help them grow their rental portfolio.

We have a large network of investors we work with who are actively looking to purchase investment properties. Typical clients are looking to purchase anywhere from 2 properties a year to 30 properties a month. Our property management business provides built in listing leads as well as clients looking to purchase investment properties.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of real estate experience and has worked with investors to purchase/sell properties.

We will teach you everything you need to know about working with real estate investors. From how to underwrite/analyze a property, estimate rehabs, run rental comps and learn what it takes to manage and own rental property. This is an independent contractor relationship. You can set your own hours and are free to work your own leads along with leads we provide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with existing clients to source and purchase rental properties

• Assist clients underwriting properties

• Network with investors, agents and wholesalers to drive leads

• List properties for sale

• Walking properties & creating rehab scopes for properties

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an active real estate license for the market you want to work in

• Able to work in G-suite and learn software systems quickly

• Strong communication skills

• Interest in Real Estate Investing
