HR Recruiter

Administer the external recruitment process.

Track the productivity and performance of the recruiting function.

Documents recruitments procedures as they relate to standardized recruiting and orientation processes.

Maintains relationships with management team, state associates, school and recruitments agencies to facilitate a recruitment operation that will efficiently and effectively meet the growing need for talent.

Find, evaluate and recommend high quality candidate who meet the skills, requirements and fit for all positions while striving to exceed hiring within critical timelines.

Administers initiatives to generate external job candidates including , coordinating direct mail campaigns, participation in job fairs, internet searches, online job posting ,print advertising.

Conduct structured candidate screening interviews and reports on candidate pipeline/status.

Participates in decision meetings and assist with bringing candidates through to successful hire.

Participate in hiring ,orientation and training programs, systems and processes to maximize retention of talent.
