What's your day like?

You'll have the flexibility to decide what time between 7 and 9 am to start your day and how to schedule your week. If your work is done and you've worked 40 hours, the weekend starts at 2 pm on Friday!

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, Cap 2020, and/or CET to create meticulous furniture specifications that align with applicable ADA regulations, life safety standards, and building codes. Your proficiency in developing precise space planning concepts and generating high-detail furniture specifications will be crucial in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Additionally, your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with internal sales teams and clients. By contributing to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs, you will play a key role in creating innovative design solutions that cater to our clients' needs and preferences.

What matters most

To excel in this role as a Designer, candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and possess at least one year of relevant experience in the field. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD and PowerPoint is essential for creating detailed furniture specifications and compelling presentations. Strong communication skills are vital for collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients, while impeccable time management abilities will ensure project deadlines are met efficiently. Preferred qualifications include experience with CET and CAP2020, which will enhance your capability to generate accurate space planning concepts and furniture specifications that align with industry standards and exceed customer expectations.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design

  • 1+ years of experience

  • Proficient in AutoCAD

  • Proficient in PowerPoint

  • Communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CET experience
  • CAP2020 experience
