The ISD tracks progress, maintains records, writes reports and monitors training activities to ensure program effectiveness. * Education * Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience * Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional Design, Education, Health care administration, Computer science, or other relevant area. * Instructional Systems Design certificate or degree. * Adult Education certificate or degree. * Experience * Minimum Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in education or technical training setting. * 1-3 years Instructional design using pro/rapid course authoring tools at an advanced level. * Cornerstone or similar Learning Management System support & administration. * Experience applying quality standards to course design * Microsoft Office Suite and computer networking. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience using Adobe Captivate at an advanced level (actions, events, variables, custom themes, advanced quizzes, branching scenarios, assistive technology features, manifests etc.) * Knowledge of the ADDIE model. * Experience using the Adobe creative suite or similar software. * Blooms Taxonomy or Kirkpatrick's Model. * Project management skills * Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries * Required: Adobe Captivate ACE certification (v8 or later) within 12 months of employment. * Preferred: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and Certification on COA's current LMS.
