Growing global manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Rep. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing using SAP. You would be tracking and managing inventory and shipments and processing all the necessary paperwork. This would be supporting sample requests and MTO(make to order) product orders for a health care business line. You would collaborate with various internal teams to include logistics, sales and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment. You would also be communicating order status with the customer.
