As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of practices in the Talent Management Recruiting department. This may include but not limited to searching, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, and networking. The Corporate Recruiter will be required to proactively identify, attract, and ultimately on-board the nation's top industry professionals. As the Corporate Recruiter, you would be essential personnel within the company that often serves as the first contact for potential employees.
This is a highly visible on site role that works in tandem with our enterprise leaders to help grow our amazing company!
Specific Responsibilities
Schedule interviews
Database management
Manage job boards
Create and post job descriptions
Collect and review resumes
Conduct candidate screenings
Conduct reference checking
Handle confidential material and information
Write offer letters
Coordinate travel
Participate in new hire onboarding / orientations
Assist in college recruiting events
Education/Experience/Attributes
6 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
Proven history of conducting effective proactive recruiting efforts.
Ability to make cold calls to passive industry professionals
Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Superior time management skills
Very high organization and multi-task capability
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Travel to events and college fairs when needed
