DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Computer Analyst is responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to all internal clients/employees. The position assists the IT Support team owned projects as needed and contributes to the overall success of the IT department. This position requires collaboration with all IT teams to deliver efficient and effective support solutions.
The incumbent will:
Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries, triage and escalate issues as necessary
Assist in IT Support Team owned projects as needed, collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project implementation
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps using the ticketing system and Confluence
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge base to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring end-users receive timely and effective assistance with technical issues
Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support to enhance skills and knowledge
Responsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of networking concepts and systems administration
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of:
Sustained standing and sitting
Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor
Occasional lifting and/or moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Normal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise
