CSFCO Business Development Position - Industrial Contractor- Decatur, Alabama

CSFCO, a leader in its sector, is expanding its team in Decatur, Alabama, with a focus on industrial sales. We are seeking a Business Development professional who specializes in strategizing business growth within the industrial sector and excels in building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the industrial contractor market.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industrial clients and contractors.

  • Understand the specific needs of industrial clients and provide tailored solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to industrial clients.

  • Monitor market trends in the industrial sector and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with industrial clients, adhering to company policies and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted materials and campaigns for the industrial sector.

  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, competition, and other factors affecting sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Engineering background beneficial.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the industrial sector.

  • Proven track record in industrial contractor sales and client relationship management.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

  • Independent worker, capable of operating with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in negotiation and persuasion, with an in-depth understanding of industrial market dynamics.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and possessing a strong work ethic.
