Job Description The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor Trainee performs work as directed in order to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and also learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture. Upon successful completion of the training program, Shift Supervisor Trainees are eligible to be considered for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These key leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures. Candidates should have a successful track record working with Oracle HRMS (HCM) modules (primarily Talent Management modules) and prior related business experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates with prior experience leading Oracle Talent implementations will receive the highest priority. Candidates with Oracle Cloud Talent experience are preferred. Typical project responsibilities depending on experience may include: * Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality. * Prior experience leading an HCM implementation is a plus. * Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables. * Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them. * Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. * Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. * Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions. * Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts. * Support clients with the execution of test scripts. * Develop end-user documentation and training materials. * Deliver end-user training. * Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis. Qualifications: * Experience with the business processes in HR modules specifically HR and Talent Management modules. * Oracle Cloud experience is strongly preferred * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well in a team environment. * Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities. * Keen attention to detail. Job Summary and Mission This position contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.This job deploys partners and delegates tasks so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers. Provides feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift. * Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager. * Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partnerperformance. * Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. * Develops positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns. * Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. * Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team. * Follows up with baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers. * Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Restaurant Manager Job Description Summary Description: The Manager is a business partner accountable for leading the Restaurant Associate team to deliver Steak 'n Shake operational and financial standards on each scheduled shift as well as building a well cross trained staff within the Restaurant. The Manager is responsible for assessing Associates performance to identify opportunities and coach for improvement. This position has accountability on his/her shift for the correct delivery of steak 'n Shake procedures, policies and specification which deliver the Steak 'n Shake Vision and Mission. The Manager will partner directly with his/her Restaurant and General Manager and will receive market level support from his/her Human Resource Manager and Field Training Manager / Coordinator to meet the business and strategic objectives of the organization.
