The Zoning and Permitting Specialists is responsible for completing zoning and permitting risk assessment/recommendations matrix of LTE deployment scenarios for all targeted jurisdictions.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists the site development team with completing the Z/P process for site modification
Meets or exceeds forecast dates set by the team
Manages Site Acquisition Vendors when necessary for special zoning/permitting needs when required
Oversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements
Executes Quality Plan - ensures accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts provided to Client
Resolves complex zoning, or permitting issues
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Acute attention to detail.
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
