WHY JOIN THE TEAM?

  • Manage a select group of dealers and deliver growth for the unit and PAC business.

  • Delivering the financial targets for all unit and PAC pre-season orders and annual sales

  • Working as a business partner for your group of dealers by influencing the implementation of best practices.

  • Work within a dynamic team that supports all dealers in the zone and region.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Influence the commercial activities of a select group of dealers in such a way as to deliver unit and PAC (Parts, Accessories & Clothing) sales and growth plans, meeting financial objectives.

  • Present dealer sales programs and guide dealers towards ordering and maintaining the line-up representation required to deliver growth and financial objectives.

  • Work with in-season programs and promotions to influence retail and generate repeat sales

  • Work as a business partner supporting dealer certification efforts

  • Implement a structured call agenda driven by wholesale and retail priorities;

  • Develop and maintain business relationships and support dealers through regular calls;

  • Be the dealers' principal resource and contact for any unit or PAC program questions or concerns.

  • Effectively collaborate with Regional Sales Assistant (RSA) and Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) to optimize support to the regional commercial team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • College or university education in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)

  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales representation

  • Dealership or power sport experience is an asset

  • Result-oriented person always looking to surpass expectations

  • Ability to set priorities and objectives to adapt to situations in order to reach targets

  • Organizational skills and an ability to work within set time frames and deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak Spanish a plus

  • Ability to deal with complex and challenging situations along with stressful periods

  • Minimal travel required 5% of the time (Club BRP, Sales Meetings, periodic dealer visits as required)

  • Strong understanding of the US market dynamics a plus.
