Role Summary:

The Zone Modality Leader (ZML) owns the strategy, direction and performance of the X-ray portfolio for big deals and national accounts.

Essential Responsibilities:

Hit Orders, Revenue, Margin OP targets annually for targeted National Accounts and big deals

Deliver product expertise to Region Modality Leaders and Imaging Account Managers and National Account Executives and focus

on proper positioning early in deal cycle to win and create big deals

Deal coaching

Activation of IB targets and NPI launches

Apply pattern recognition, positioning, deal understanding

Develop and nurture show sites, references, KOL's

Develop share strategies for BEO Top 200

Assist in developing appropriate training curriculum and technical development

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years selling experience

Previous experience in the Healthcare industry

Desired Characteristics:

Significant emphasis on extensive X-ray knowledge

Proven experience and success selling XR products

Technical Imaging product knowledge

Hospital executive relationship building skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language

Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages

Excellent negotiation & closing skills

Strong presentation skills

Strong relationship building skills

Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
