POSITION OVERVIEW

As the YouTube Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing the company's YouTube channel from 1,600 subscribers to 20,000 subscribers in 12 months.

You will plan, record, edit, and promote all content for Evernest's sales, marketing, and promotional assets.

You will shoot and oversee all video editing, assist in the operation of all video production, oversee the production and editing of all podcasts, and complete projects for all Evernest business verticals (ie, property management, brokerage, acquisitions, etc.) as well as internal video production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine equipment needs and establish a budget to obtain as needed

• Audit all current video assets on our YouTube channel

• Work with the VP of Marketing to develop video and channel strategy for YouTube

• Establish video/audio content guide in line with current Evernest style/brand guidelines

• Plan, develop, and produce the new Evernest video projects in key markets

• Create YouTube shorts and Podcast episodes from the podcast recordings of each episode

• Support the sales department and team leaders with weekly local investor video/audio content, which can be shared on social media

• 100% ownership over post-production activities such as editing, graphics, special effects, music selection, media conversion, and duplication

• Build out video and podcast production studio for Evernest media needs

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in digital media production, including planning, shooting, and editing informational/educational video content.

• YouTube channel growth experience

• Experience with other video formats on social media

• Experience implementing media into web-based materials.

• Adobe Creative Suite applications, including After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
