This job includes the responsibility of planning and maintaining a practice plan, ensuring the inclusion of all players and maintaining constant communication with parents and guardians. Prior flag football coaching experience is not required, however, candidates must have experience working with children. All eligible candidates must complete a flag football training seminar prior to the start of the season.
