We are hiring Youth Support Specialists right now!

Develop supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood. As a leader in our youth transitional services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in all facets of life.

Become a trusted role model, fostering a compassionate environment for our youth as they work to develop their social health and overall wellness. Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, or personal skill development, you will help students to achieve their goals and thrive within their communities in this dynamic position.

Qualifications:
You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.

A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: Base pay for a Youth Support Specialist begins at $13 and increases based on education and experience up to $14.92. Opportunities for pay increases and growth starting at 3 months of employment!

Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, year-round, per diem as needed.

In this role, you will work as a part of a multidisciplinary clinical team to meet the needs of each client in our youth residential and educational program. Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21. Our clinical support is designed to meet the need of our youth with neurological and or psychiatric disabilities and intellectual and behavioral challenges. Children and their families are supported through programs designed to meet their specific needs. Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. Candidates must be licensed or license eligible. 2-3 years of related experience is preferred. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license and reliable. Some travel is required.
