OverviewNIGHT WATCH MENTOR - STABLIZATION AND ASSESSMENT PROGRAMSigning Bonus! $250 at hire, $250 at 6 months of employment!Pay: $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. $18.25 starting hourly rate with a bachelor's degree. $18.50 starting hourly rate with a master's degree. We offer a nurturing, homely atmosphere where we provide residential treatment and an environment where students receive around-the-clock secure care and intensive support. Our expertise lies in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and more, all with a focus on family-centered healing.Your work shift is centered around nurturing, guiding, and supporting adolescents in our care. You become a beacon of support for their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Spending quality time with the clients allows you to cultivate strong and meaningful staff-client relationships. These connections are essential as they play a pivotal role in the progress and development of each student within our program. Your time is largely spent engaging in various activities with the clients while they stabilize or get ready for their next program. Amidst these exciting activities, your role is to ensure the safety and well-being of adolescents in our care, promoting an environment of trust and personal growth.Join us in a role that's both rewarding and challenging, where you'll play a vital part in the lives of our clients, helping them grow and thrive.Night Watch Shift:10 pm to 8 am * Complete Youth Mentor Shift Structure * Day Shift: 10-hour shift (7am to 5pm)* Swing Shift: 10-hour shift (1pm to 11pm)* Night Shift: 10-hour shift (10pm to 8am)Part-time (on-call/PRN) Youth Mentors sign up to work shifts and are required to work 20 hours a week to stay active on the schedule. The shifts can be any day and AM/PM. They are not expected to be on call 24/7.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities are both diverse and impactful: * Minor Food Prep: Contribute to meal preparation while promoting healthy eating habits. * Group Participation: Attend and engage in group sessions with clients, fostering a sense of community. * Safety First: Maintain a safe environment, ensuring the well-being of our clients. * Boundary Maintenance: Uphold professional boundaries while building trust and rapport. * Therapeutic Support: Collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each client's treatment plan.QualificationsWhat do you bring to this position?*
