ABOUT SSBP PROGRAM
Sonoma's Seneca School Based Partnership (SSBP) Program works with local school districts to provide educationally related mental health services to youth with Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Our staff partner with students' IEP teams to provide a variety of services. Our goal is to address the mental health needs that are impeding a student's progress to academic success. Our services are designed to be short-term and promote long-lasting success. These services, which are child and family focused and strength based, are provided in the office and community, including, but not limited to, schools, hospitals, and family homes

The agency's growth has been guided by a commitment to our Unconditional Care model - doing whatever it takes to help children and families thrive, even when faced with tremendous challenges. Seneca is committed to supporting historically underrepresented communities and informing agency policies and practices through its agency-wide DEI Initiative and DEI Advisory Board.
