We are looking to hire Youth Development Professionals to work with our North County Operation

The ideal candidate enjoys working with youth and delivering exciting and engaging programming. They are a team player and self-starter with a high degree of independence, flexibility, self-motivation and creativity. The candidate will also be able to deliver evidence based programming.

We have part time positions available. Hours are between 2pm and 8pm, depending on location, Monday through Friday.

This is a year round position. If you are interested in working for a city location, please apply for city operations.

The pay rate for this position is $14 hourly.

Qualified Candidates will have:

A high school diploma. An associate degree from an accredited college or university or BA/BS is preferred.

A minimum of one year experience working with children in a group setting. Enthusiasm and patience for working with children and passion about education, health, character development and leadership.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL)'s first priority is the safety of our children and employees to ensure an excellent Club environment.

In alignment with this priority, BGCSTL will begin to require COVID-19 vaccination for all employees as a condition of employment unless a medical or religious exemption is approved. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual is at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. As a condition of employment, newly hired employees will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination or apply for a medical or religious exemption. This is required prior to the first day of employment.

You will work closely with our PD team by managing key people tracking processes as they relate to onboarding and learning across North America, plus additional projects as needed. You will be responsible for supporting the onboarding, integration and learning of our McKinsey Digital colleagues. In this role, you will provide the right learning (internal/external trainings, credentialing and certifications for McKinsey Digital and the firm) to the right colleagues at the right time in their tenure and development. Another key priority of yours will be to ensure excellent communications and reporting to professional development (PD), learning, onboarding and McKinsey Digital (DnA) leadership teams. Your responsibilities will evolve as DnA grows and you will have the opportunity to shape your role as you work with DnA PD and learning leadership teams. Specifically, you will work closely with our global onboarding team (including cross functional teams like HR and recruiting) to understand start dates and accuracy of data of new hires joining the North America DnA in hubs/locations and guilds. You will also support PD managers and local office leadership in planning and executing the onboarding process in North America and sharing best practices globally. You will understand the portfolio of learning program content and objectives to be able to advise non-partner DnA client service professional (CSP) colleagues (and their respective PD manager) on which learning programs (firm and DnA specific programs) are developmentally appropriate for their pathway, tenure, expertise and guilds. You will serve as a PD point of contact and key resource for the DnA and firm learning teams. In addition, you will share expertise on learning and people systems (e.g., our learning portal, staffing, recruiting, HR systems) and applications with team members and planning teams. You will maintain and further hone the reputation of McKinsey Learning and PD to deliver high-quality operational excellence to our internal "clients" in a highly collaborative, responsive way. You will collaborate with learning and PD leadership and take the lead to develop and present analysis of program feedback, trends, attendance and other aspects of performance. Your responsibilities will also include working to improve tracking and reporting processes across learning, PD and onboarding teams. You will design and share regular updates with broader teams and leaders on feedback, attendance, penetration across guilds, cells, hubs, etc. You will also provide continuous improvement to North America DnA people processes and guidelines.
