We are looking for dedicated youth advocates to champion the rights, voices, and well-being of youth we care for in the Plymouth area. What you will be doing to make a difference:

  • Spending time with and supervising 9 youths in a small, home-like environment

  • Providing support and encouragement to youths

  • Planning and participating in activities such as hiking, field trips, shopping that assists youths in learning life skills

  • Assist youths with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management

  • Acting as a positive role model to support youths' wellbeing

Schedule: Must be available to evenings and weekends

Requirements

The desire to work with youth

Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record

Additional Experience welcomed . . .

Experience working with youth

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching
