What you will be doing to make a difference:
Spending time with and supervising 9 youths in a small, home-like environment
Providing support and encouragement to youths
Planning and participating in activities such as hiking, field trips, shopping that assists youths in learning life skills
Assist youths with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management
Acting as a positive role model to support youths' wellbeing
Schedule: Must be available to evenings and weekends

Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record

Experience working with youth
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching
