GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Group Fitness Manager, the Yoga Instructor is responsible for providing creative, inviting, and encouraging yoga class programs while maintaining a safe and effective learning environment and focusing on providing the best customer service and hospitality to members and guests.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure the yoga room is set up correctly for class

• Lead students on proper breathing techniques and poses

• Document student attendance and clock in your time

• Participate in team events and meetings

• Remain open and attentive to the changing fitness needs of the membership

• Deliver an exceptional experience to members, guests and Associates

• Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate

• Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training

• Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response

• Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
