Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers through multiple support channels - phone (inbound/outbound), email, and chat. You will serve as the frontline representative of our company, ensuring positive interactions and fostering strong customer relationships. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of magic

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Follow communication guidelines while adapting to customer responses.
Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, accurately in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and consistent messaging.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or sales is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or help desk related field.
A high level of commitment to helping and serving others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
Adaptability and resilience to handle challenging situations and difficult customers professionally.
Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement to enhance job performance.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic understanding of Internet-related hardware and software.
