DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize Yield Engineering software package "Klarity" providing software maintenance support and serve as site expert.
Perform/Submit FA jobs for defect review to include collecting samples and submitting to the FA lab, tracking status of FA jobs and training on Keyence microscope and FA SEM's
Responsible for running non-standard defect inspections.
Responsible for tracking broken wafer events and providing feedback for event elimination.
Reviews wafer results for defect source analysis updates as well as tracking files for defect types and image re-classification.
Support AVI engineering team as needed.
An Associate's Degree is Engineering or a closely related field is desired.
A minimum of 3 years prior work experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process flows and processes is desired.
Proficiency with Excel and databases (SQL Servers) is desired.
Ability to see tasks through to completion is desired.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also desired.
