Our AFG Enterprise Services team is currently in search of an intern to join our downtown Cincinnati office.

Qualifications:

• Assist in administering and maintaining virtual and physical servers running on Windows based OS

• Help monitor systems daily, verifying the integrity and availability of the server resources, systems, and key processes

• Perform system backups and recovery operations, ensure all required file systems and data are successfully backed up

• Monitor system upgrades and patches, and research resolutions to software and security related problems

• Analyze and help resolve problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration, escalating if necessary

• Monitor, administer and maintain Microsoft Office 365 applications and help ensure enterprise security

• Document and process change management requests as it pertains to customer requirements

• Assist in the establishment and implementation of standards for server operations

• Communicate system outages and upgrades

• Provide support to IT Support Technicians and team members

• Other duties as assigned
