JOB DUTIES: Maintains order in the playground and/or lunchroom Enforces school safety rules.

Reports serious behavioral problems to the school principal. Encourages and promotes courtesy among children in the cafeteria and playground. Administers first aid in routine accidents and makes reports as appropriate.

Responsible for assisting custodians in setting up and taking down lunchroom tables. Cleans tabletops, benches, and floors in the cafeteria. Picks up trash periodically and directs students to do the same.

Practices and procedures pertaining to school lunchroom and recreational activities. ABILITIES: Direct children in playground activities. Promote courtesy and safety in the lunchroom and on the playground.

Courteously relate to children. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to:

Stand in one area for extended periods. Stand and walk for extended periods. Bend, twist, kneel and stoop.

Think clearly and rationally to solve problems. Lift 15 pounds. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.01 - $21.07 per hour Schedule: 3 hours (1 hr in the AM and 2 hrs in the afternoon, split shift) Expected hours: 15 per week
