Motion Industries is seeking a XML eBusiness Analyst to work as a liaison between corporate customer and IT to relay requirements for integrations, test and document eBusiness integrations. Gather eBusiness requirements for Customer integrations and communicate with the software development team.
Support and troubleshoot issues with Motion Industries' PunchOut integrations.
Interact with eBusiness customers to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations.
Support departmental programs through self-motivated research and discovery.
Provide webcast training to customers - both internal and external.
Ensures eBusiness processing exceptions are identified and resolved.
Develop measurements/reporting criteria to improve eBusiness services.
Assume proactive role in customer (external and internal) follow-up and interaction
Ensures that XML / PunchOut issues are identified, resolved and communicated as needed to IT, other departments and management.
Help resolve Account Receivable issues with electronic documents
Ensure that all eBusiness integration activities at Motion Industries adhere to IT Governance Policies
Assist in identifying Cost Savings opportunities as a result of eBusiness efforts.
Work with other departments/co-workers to ensure that Customer/Supplier needs are met.
Develop communications to Motion Industries' Branches, Customers and Suppliers as needed as it relates to XML/PunchOut projects, functionality, implementations and changes to business rules.
Bachelor's degree and/or three years eBusiness experience
Experience with Motion Industries' ERP is preferred but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact/communicate with co-workers, and internal/external customers
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Strong project-management skills with ability to prioritize
Ability to effectively communicate information/training material in written and verbal format
