The Xfinity Communities Sales Specialist assists the sales team achieve subscriber growth in Multiple Dwelling Units (MDU) and Xfinity Communities' assigned portfolios. This position is responsible for partnering with their team to create customized growth plans for the communities that they support based on customer and competitive profiles. They will collaborate as a member of a cross functional team with Region, Division and HQ partners to help create and maintain sales tactics. Additionally, the Xfinity Communities Sales Specialists plan and execute larger events that span multiple communities. Individuals in this position bring in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in this area as a key contributor to the sales team. Successful specialists act as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Partner with Community Account Representatives (CARs) on the Xfinity Communities team to achieve customer growth targets while driving important KPI's at the MDU level
Assist CAR team in developing and executing property level growth strategies by analyzing subscriber trends and competitive patterns
Measure results of programs, document learnings, and driving continuous improvement within the CAR channel
Work with the sales team to coordinate sales action plans for individual MDU's and CAR portfolios
Assists in the facilitation of effective decision-making and execution of day-to-day activities of the team
Support the planning and execution of Division, Region and property level strategic initiatives
Occasional ordering sales and marketing items from outside vendors for the CAR team
Work cross-functionally with regional marketing team to identify opportunities for additional or updated marketing and sales tactics
Ensure CAR specific sales efforts adhere to the company's brand standards
Occasionally attend client meetings and presentations
Coordinates and leads the design and copywriting of marketing communication materials including direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper, radio and TV advertising, and other projects.
Maintains the Company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
Works with internal resources to determine best targeting practices for various advertising tactics.
Oversees marketing library which includes marketing plans, collateral, creatives, and promotional materials.
Oversees work of outside vendors to assure timely and accurate project completion.
Assists in the development and implementation of internal Marketing Communications plans. Conducts research for implementation of media plans.
Creates media schedules and manages copy rotation.
Monitor budget for campaigns.
Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
