Qualifications:
X-ray limited license or Rad tech certificate

Description : *Attention to Detail: techs need to follow directions exactly so that the image is taken correctly.

*Interpersonal Skills:
Techs work with doctors, Medical Assistants and patients who might be in pain or frightened.

They also need to work with the patient to move or position them to get the best image. Being a good communicator helps.

*Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and other sciences to do their job.

*Technical Skill: Techs work with complex computers and equipment *Phlebotomy experience a plus

Hours: Mon-Fri 9-7 pm (Thur and Friday will alternate with a day off and alternating Saturday coverage 9-2 pm.)

Qualifications: Completion of and certification from an accredited Medical Assistant Program. CPR certification (or completed within 4 months of hiring) Working knowledge of medical terminology Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time. Demonstrate excellent computer, telephone and communication skills. Outstanding customer service, organization, and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter, a team player, dependable, friendly and professional and be able to multi-task and work efficiently while remaining calm and productive. Previous medical experience preferred. Description: Full-Time medical assistant position needed for our busy office in St. George. Prepares patients for examination and treatment. Maintains patient records and other information. Administers medications as ordered. Provides courteous and friendly service to all patients and contributes to a positive work environment. Other duties as assigned.
