Radiologic Tech Statement of Purpose Under direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Good written and oral communication skills. # Multi-Modality Statement of Purpose The Multi-Modality Technologist is skill and certified and performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least three of the following specialty areas: Radiography; DXA; Mammography; CT; MRI; Ultrasound. As a Multi-Modality Technologist, the employee will meet the requirements and perform the duties delineated in each of the specific Job Descriptions that qualifies him/her as a Multi-Modality Technologist. Job Requirements The successful candidate for the position of Multi-Modality Technologist at North Country Hospital will: Graduate of an AMA approved Associate degree program in Radiologic Technology Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in any three of the following modalities: X-Ray; Mammography; CT; MRI; Bone Density; Nuclear Medicine; QA; or Ultrasound Maintain a Vermont license for all registered modalities A minimum of 2 years# experience as a technologist
