SAP and AWS have a long-standing relationship and have been supporting customers running their SAP mission critical applications on AWS for years. AWS is seeking for a Worldwide Sales Leader that will work closely with SAP Leadership to drive joint SAP/AWS Sales motions from definition to execution. This individual will lead the sales governance between SAP and AWS; and establish the right mechanisms to drive discipline, pipeline and growth while collaborating with the AWS SAP Team as well as with the AWS Sales Leadership and Field Team.

The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables him/her to engage at the CXO level, deep experience with SAP and SAP specific infrastructure solutions that will help drive the SAP on AWS ecosystem, as well as a sales background that enables him/her to easily interact with enterprise customers and sales/field account teams. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive the execution of existing joint SAP/AWS sales motions.

  • Identify, create the business case and deploy new joint SAP/AWS sales motions.

  • Manage the GTM relationship with SAP Executives, SAP MDs and SAP Field.

  • Leverage existing mechanisms and/or create new ones to track key KPIs, including pipeline, joint offering launches and others.

  • Drive AWS Sales Leadership and Field awareness of joint SAP/AWS motions and create supporting assets.

  • Establish sales governance and define escalation paths.

Job Title: WW Foundation Care and Proactive Care Category Manager Job Description: Responsible for the overall management of the HPE Pointnext Foundation Care and Proactive Care Services business. Managing a business of around $3.5B in Orders. Role will entail working closely with the local GEO Category Managers to drive pipeline and orders and awareness of the portfolio. The successful candidate will need to: Understand the business profile and based upon this work closely with the Product Management team to define the overall strategy and improvements needed to grow the portfolio. To drive pipeline & order growth, you will need to identify & implement global programs/campaigns, by GTM motion. This person will need to work closely with the FC and PC Category Manager to ensure they are aligned on actions, plans and activities to jointly grow the Core business. Based in one of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) offices and works closely with all of the other countries. In this role, you will have a key role to play in understanding in detail the HPE Pointnext business and understand the category of services that fall into the area's of Foundation Care and Proactive Care. Key Responsibilities will include: * Represents and leads the FC and PC business for HPE Pointnext * Understanding of the HPE Pointnext Category and able to articulate the portfolio * Performs business analysis and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business growth * Works across geographies/Countries and WW teams to share best practice * Support from a sales enablement perspective new/enhanced services launches or programs to fuel profitable growth. * Develop necessary GEO governance documents and be able to implement/articulate a Governance program to support the business and help identify where there are gaps and work with the local category managers when applicable * Ensuring that the Geos top opportunities have HPE Pointnext solutions attached/aligned * Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and lower level employees. Education and Experience Required: * Typically 3+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management. Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of sales or business planning. Candidate must have experience at working with senior management level/VP levels * Understand the GTM motions for IPS business, Attach, IB and Per Event. * HPE Pointnext background preferred, ideally of selling these service.
