We are a world class Performance Marketing team that focuses on managing large scale marketing campaigns across all areas of travel. SEM and Meta Marketing (Google Hotel Ads) are crucial channels in our portfolio, and are ripe for disruption and tremendous growth as travel is roaring back. We experiment, scale, and optimize world-wide initiatives, working closely with business, product, engineering, and brand.
What you'll do:
We are looking for a Director to lead SEM and Meta Marketing for the Tripadvisor brand, world-wide. This role has a highly visible set of responsibilities, developing the end to end strategy, and leading a team through execution across all product categories, with a particular focus on Hotels and Experiences.
This leader will play an integral role in transforming the organization and building direct relationships with our customers over the long term. We need someone with unparalleled expertise in search and exceptional data literacy, equally comfortable getting into the details and presenting to senior leadership.
The Director will report to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing and work closely with other senior leaders to develop category specific marketing strategies and help scale new direct to consumer products.
The Director of SEM and Meta Marketing will be responsible for, among other things:
Develop and drive end to end marketing strategies for SEM and Hotels Ads
Act as a critical thought partner to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing and other
senior leaders on the evolving role of performance marketing
Exceed ambitious but achievable profit and return on investment goals for the assigned channels
across multiple sites, geographies, and languages
