As a Business Applications Readiness Delivery Lead for WW Business Applications Solutions, you will be a strategic readiness leader responsible for meeting our primary charter to ready and enable Business Application sales and pre-sales roles in Microsoft. You will be aligned to a workload and broader domain area (for Service Domain if your expertise is in Field Service workload) and you will not only shape World Class readiness programs for Microsoft Business Applications, but also deliver training events to infuse Tech Intensity into the sales force. You will teach and enable the sales force to be customer obsessed delivering business value to our customers from their investment in Business Application Solutions. You will engage directly with the Business Applications sales communities at Microsoft, helping them onboard, keeping current on application updates, contribute to increasing Business Applications revenue, and delighting our customers helping them realize value from their investments in Microsoft Business Applications.
The Business Applications Readiness Delivery Lead requires deep technical knowledge and experience in either sales, pre-sales or deployment capacity, with one or more Microsoft Business Application Workloads. The Readiness Delivery Lead will also have an understanding of complimentary Microsoft solutions and Partner solutions that provide an end to end solution for customer's digital transformation needs. In addition to expert knowledge and experience in solution selling, this role requires experience and/or familiarity in effectively delivering training to Sales Teams/Customers and/or Partner roles.

The WW Business Applications Readiness Delivery team is part of the Worldwide Commercial Business (WCB) and has the charter to empower our global field sales to drive market share in Business Applications also known as Microsoft Dynamics. Within this team, the WW Biz Apps Readiness Delivery Lead is directly responsible for helping drive WW field productivity, shorten sales cycle, increase customer confidence, and ultimately increase revenue by closely working with Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Worldwide Learning, and Sales Management with the goal of teaching and enabling the sales force to be customer obsessed and deliver value to our customers from their investment in Microsoft Business Applications.

5+ years of experience in Solution sales, Pre-sales or consulting experience with one or more of the Business Application Workloads.
Identifying unique and complex business challenges and solutions
Experience in a team environment with multi-million-dollar business app sales, pre-sales or service deals requiring orchestration of large, dispersed, virtual teams composed of industry, solution, technical, licensing & legal team members.
Successful in displacing competitors
Demonstrated passion and commitment for customer success.
Deep Understanding of:
ERP or CRM solutions, specifically in one or more Microsoft Business Application Workloads and how they translate into business impact.
The security, regulatory and compliance needs of global customers.
Working knowledge of Microsoft's commercial cloud offerings - including Modern Workplace, Microsoft Azure is preferred but required.
The latest business value selling methodologies, practices and technologies that drive sales prospecting and sales management in complex solution selling environments.
Excels at developing strong relationships and leadership connections and influencing for impact in large team environments.
Adept at challenging perspectives with new ideas that reframes thinking about deriving value from Microsoft solutions.
Very strong presentation, white boarding and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire a diverse team of Sellers or Pre-sales or Services sales/architects.
Classroom style training and event speaking skills and experience to a Sales or Pre-sales or customer audience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
