Job Title: Sr. WTX Developer
Location: Lombard, IL

Job Description:

WTX launcher, design studio and MS SQL skills, Having EDI X-12 and Claims processing experience is a plus.
Overall IT experience, 8+
SQL, expert level
WTX, expert level
Healthcare experience (claims processing) highly desired
Java a plus
Soft skills:
Very good communication skills (internal client facing)
Ability to work in high pressure (real time support and troubleshooting)

Extensive knowledge and Expertise in WTX on the Linux platform, Trading Manager, Linux scripting, Oracle, Stored procedure and MQ Series.
Experienced in C and Java.
Attend requirements meetings, translate the requirements into design documents, code from a design document, create test scenarios/cases/scripts, perform and support various testing cycles, create implementation plans and implement the change.
Provide Production Maintenance and perform production Analysis and bug fixes.
Recommend process improvements and support the application including off site coverage.

The Product ops coordinator role is a senior level position that works under limited supervision to complete job responsibilities. Work is complex and requires a higher level of understanding of the audit and recovery workflow process. The incumbent uses a combination of routine procedures and troubleshooting techniques to resolve complicated issues within multiple processes as well as identify and pursue process improvements which result in operational efficiencies. Duties include performing routine quality assurance and compliance checks to insure policies, procedures, and workflows comply with internal and external regulations. This role will be responsible for reducing the order to cash cycle by performing routine inventory management checks, ensuring cases are statused appropriately and are moving through the claim cycle according to State and Provider audit regulations as well as client specific compliance rules. Through direct management of inventory associated with our external clients, this role will reconcile inventory between claim systems, resolve provider issues, leverage fall out reports to minimize cancellations and analyze provider trending. Responsibilities Perform routine inventory resolution on assigned inventory to include root cause analysis on roadblocks for all assigned inventory review * Review, investigate, analyze, and resolve key audit and recovery issues at the client level. * Manage assigned portion of inventory by provider, client, age etc. * Minimize order to cash cycle * Identify and pursue process improvements which result in operational efficiencies. * Collaborate, coordinate and communicate across disciplines and departments. Detailed Description: * ODAR reconciliation to include weekly review of open inventory within Beacon and ODAR * Lifecycle Optimization including reviewing aging inventory to identify cases at risk or in need of escalation * Work with Billing Analysts on unresolved cases * Provider FAQ validation including compliance regulation * Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. * Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values * The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
