Starting Salary:
Case Manager I: $48,173.17 - $55,390.64 annual starting salary based on experience.
Case Manager II: $54,408.71- $62,266.51 annual starting salary based on experience.
Case Manager III: $56,815.25 - $65,327.49 annual starting salary based on experience.
Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority is excited to offer an Employee Signing Incentive to eligible new hires. Regular full-time employees will receive $2,000, less applicable taxes. Role:
Under the supervision of the Wraparound Supervisor and Program Director, this position facilitates a Wraparound team planning process for children & adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and their families.

Job Specific Requirements:
Facilitate ongoing Wraparound process for children with serious emotional disturbance and their families: Engage children and families involved with multiple systems, develop & maintain child and family teams, conduct strengths and needs assessments, develop & implement individualized crisis and safety plans, develop & implement individualized Wraparound plans. Ensure provision of needed services and ensure compliance with Wraparound fidelity standards. Collaborate extensively with community partners.
Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Case Manager Level I: Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field OR bachelor's degree in social work. If degree in social work, licensure as LBSW or LLBSW required. If licensed at LLBSW level, individual must obtain full LBSW within two years of hire.
Case Manager Level II: Master's degree in social work or equivalent with LLMSW or equivalent required. If licensed at LLMSW level, individual must obtain full LMSW within two years of hire.
Case Manager Level III: Master's degree in social work or equivalent with LMSW, LPC or LLP.
Valid MI driver's license required. Evening hours required.
