Our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems that include: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry, and other community based programming.

Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences. We are seeking a WRAP IHT Senior Clinician.

Job Title: Sr. Clinician, In-Home Therapy

Reports To: Assigned In-Home Therapy Supervisor

Supervises: Assigned In-Home Therapy Staff and Interns

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home therapeutic interventions including individual, parent/child and family systems solution focused treatment.

  • Provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight to assigned staff.

  • Monitor performance of assigned clinical staff, conduct performance evaluations, and make recommendations to the Director regarding the hiring, discipline, promotion or dismissal of staff.

  • Assure the orientation of new staff to the Service and the Agency.

  • Review IAP's, progress notes and assessments for assigned staff focusing on effectiveness of interventions and quality service.

  • Provide in-home, therapeutic interventions including individual, parent/child, and family systems solution-focused treatment.

  • Conduct a comprehensive bio-psychosocial needs assessment for the child or adolescent and their family, which responds to the diversity of the individuals and families served.

  • Provide emergency response and intensive outreach to families in order to assist them in stabilizing children and adolescents within their home during a psychiatric crisis.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing or other closely related field.

LICSW or LMHC, with relevant community-based social service work with parents and children required. Able to provide in-home support. Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications.

Ability to consistently meet all necessary background and credentialing requirements. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work and for providing services in the community. Must have reliable telephone notification system for emergency contact.

Location: Holyoke, MA

Salary: $70,000 annual salary

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Flexibility to meet with families in the afternoon/ evenings.
