Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily client communication within organization

  • Conduct business reviews with clients periodically to ensure client needs are met

  • Manage client projects to ensure client satisfaction, organization sales, and growth objectives are met

  • Cultivate effective working relationships with clients through managing client expectations

  • Analyze, adjust and manage daily objective progress

  • Develop plans to achieve Waypoint and Client revenue goals as well as incentive programs

  • Create strategic plans and objectives with clients, Client Team and Sales Operations personnel

  • Travel approximately 25% of the time

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required

  • 5+ years of Foodservice sales/Client experience

  • Broker experience is preferred

  • Client Management experience is preferred

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SharePoint

Client Manager

The Client Manager is responsible for the overall management of client relationships, projects and internal communication to achieve established revenue goals.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily client communication within organization

  • Conduct business reviews with clients (annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly) to ensure client needs are met

  • Manage client projects to ensure client satisfaction and organization sales and growth objectives are met

  • Cultivate effective working relationships with clients through managing client expectations

  • Analyze, adjust and manage daily objective progress

  • Develop plans to achieve AWP and Client revenue goals as well as incentive programs defined by assigned Client

  • Collaborate with assigned clients, Client Team and Sales Operations personnel to create strategic plans and objectives

  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

Indirect Reports- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

  • Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level:

(Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business Administration or related field3-5 Years of experience in Sales/Client team experience

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SharePoint

  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email

Environmental & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications or governmental regulations

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.

SUMMARY Freeman is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to manage the execution of the service plan. Ensures that handoff from the Business Development to the Client Solutions and Operations goes smoothly. Works closely with the branch and the logistics teams to ensure proper planning and execution. Intermediate role that continues to develop an understanding of the business and assigned accounts. Additionlal duties include: Client Solutions * Account Volume - $3 million or more annually * Manages the transition of accounts from Business Development and supports accounts accordingly. * Confirms jobs and requests necessary information to prepare service plan requirements. * Sells products/services above and beyond existing contract. Re-signs existing business. * Quotes prices and credit terms as necessary. * Understands all aspects of branch operation and logistics so that account can be managed appropriately. * Produces and reviews orders with branch personal. * Inspects job site with local branch for proper planning when necessary. * Supervises jobs on site as required. * Follows-up on customer complaints and collections as necessary. * Entertains clients as necessary. Business Development * Up-sells to enhance customer experience. * Cross sells all Freeman lines as appropriate. Miscellaneous * Prepares reports of business transactions. * Keeps track of travel expenses and submits travel expense reports as required. * Develops and maintains strong working relationship with all branch operations. * Represents Freeman to internal personnel and external contacts in a loyal, ethical, and moral manner. * Entertains facilities personnel as necessary. * Attends industry events as assigned. * Performs other duties as may be assigned.
