Wound Care RN - Inpatient

Our Wound Care Center is currently seeking a Certified Wound and Ostomy Care Nurse (CWOCN).# In this role the RN will provide consultation service for select York Hospital inpatients guided by national expanded scope of practice standards as well as time in our outpatient Wound#Care Center facility.

Some essential functions include:

Perform an initial bedside assessment Work in conjunction with the patient#s primary care team Provide wound care and management In order to help us continue to provide exceptional care we require: An RN with their Wound Care certification, previous experience working in med/surg, home health or wound care preferred. # YORK HOSPITAL IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.#
