A few details about the role:

• Admission and weekly assessments of skin alteration sites and care plans,

• Major/complex wound care treatments and routine inspection of treatments completed by floor nursing.

• Weekly rounds with wound MD and classification and staging of wounds/

• Timely completion of documentation in PCC for accurate MDS claims submission and QM maintenance.

• Weekly wound report completion to be distributed to team, reporting of CA sites to DON, admins and Regional.

And here's what you need to apply:

• Degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Two years of nursing experienced in a long care facility preferred.
