Job Summary:
Provides support for end user desktop computers, software and applications.

Provides technological support for all banking centers as necessary. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all he or she does in the community, and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's character qualities.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the diagnoses and resolution of software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.

  • Assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.

  • Ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.

  • Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.

  • Install and configure new IT equipment.

  • Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware

  • Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners

  • Help with desktop Windows image creation and deployment

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years related job experience such as helpdesk or computer support.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
Specialized knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting is required.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional or Microsoft Technology Associate required.

Physical Demands: Long periods of time will be spent viewing personal computer, sitting, standing and walking.

Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Some bending and kneeling when installing computers and cabling.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions.
