The YES Workshop Presenter collaborates with YES Lead Support Specialist to determine what lesson topics are needed (based on the student/family info form).YES Workshop Presenters can choose from a variety of topics and then work with the YES Lead Staff to determine date/time of the presentation. After choosing a topic, the YES Workshop Presenter plans and implements workshops/activities during a YES Virtual Group Meeting. YES Workshop Presenters will complete the workshop planning form prior to each workshop and utilize some type of "Exit Questions / Exit Survey'' to evaluate consumer understanding of the workshop. Responses will be documented in the meeting notes.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule workshops on pre-approved topics with Lead Staff member
Will facilitate computer based remote lessons as directed
Communicate as needed concerning students with the Lead Staff and YES Employment Specialist
Documentation as required by the funder
Contribute to the deliverables as written into the MOA
Required Qualifications:
One Year of experience working for the CSCD Summer Transition program
Bachelors Degree or higher
Demonstrated ability to…plan, create and document
Preferred Qualifications:
Complete lesson plans in Google Classroom in timely manner
Excellent written and communication skills
Documented experience in training
