Key Accountabilities
Oversees the full performance of a large manufacturing unit, plant or business area in a country or small region. Manages department or unit that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Supervisors. Oversees logistics, develops new business and ensures profitability.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, maintaining and implementing work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources
Assures contract to be performed as per contract between FLSmidth & Client
Establishes the organization structure and management systems of designated area
Supports the company's operations and performance planning
Provides input to executive decisions related to relevant contracts with Client
Participates in customer and other stakeholder engagement activities
Identifies key issues and priorities with team & Head Office
Coordinates business activities with FLSmidth and internal stakeholders
Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities
