High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 3-5 years direct selling, consultative sales, retail banking or financial services experience (5-7 years required for WSO II) Self-starter, self-motivated and driven with consultative skills to influence and negotiation

Strong business development and prospecting skills within the institutional or commercial banking industry; ability to quickly and effectively acquire new clients Strong communication skills, including client calling and presentation skills Strong teamwork, organization, interpersonal and time management skills.

Demonstrate the ability to engage clients building personal connections.

Understand and overcome objections for basic banking products and concepts.

Ability to manage a pipeline of prospect and a portfolio of existing workplace solution companies Digital savvy with capability of handling Apple, Android, Blackberry and Microsoft Surface Pro Detail oriented, organized with effective time management skills.


Support the Retail banking centers with new, active and profitable customer acquisition, representing the most significant and growing source of new customer relationships. The program offers preferred pricing and benefits on retail banking products and services to the employees of companies, ranging from small businesses to large corporations with > 50 employees. The Workplace Solutions Officer (WSO) is responsible for effectively building a prospect pipeline, prospecting/targeting companies and non-profits, gaining the commitment of the businesses’ decision maker, planning onsite events (conducted away from the banking center) and working closely with Region and District Retail Executive (DRE) to ensure the successful execution of onsite events hosted/managed by banking center representatives. In addition, for the largest corporations, the WSO is responsible for marketing and selling the online solution for Partnership Banking, where employees will be able to see benefits exclusive to them and apply directly online.

(*As of December 31, 2017) Job Purpose (Job Summary): To promote and enhance project management methodologies within Technology - Infrastructure. Provide project management of Infrastructure projects to achieve project objectives within the agreed time limit, budget and specifications, while adhering to company PM and quality standards. Perform scrum master duties for one or more scrum teams within Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities / Duties: * Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle ensuring the proposal and development of effective solutions that meet the project objectives and are in line with business and system strategies. * Assist with and take ownership of developing and improving the group's processes and tools as needed. * Ensure that projects adhere to company project methodology and standards, including appropriate documentation and controls. e.g. plan, budget, risk management, change control. * Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure progress is maintained. * Lead day to day execution of one or more scrum teams * Facilitate daily standups with team, including stakeholders * Facilitate sprint planning sessions and provide sprint commitment updates to business * Facilitate retrospective meetings and track actions to closure * Work with Product Owner to prioritize product back log * Assist engineering teams to refine product functionality and product back log user stories * Shield team from external influences not relevant to current sprint work * Collaborate and coordinate with other SCRUM masters in a multiple agile team environment * Facilitate technical discussions with Architects to resolve technical challenges the team encounters Work Experience / Knowledge: * The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of Business Analysis / Project management which includes at least 2 years Agile Scrum Master experience. * Must be a Certified Scrum Master * Experience working with globally distributed teams * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where production releases occur in 6-8 week durations * Ability to interpret burn down charts, SCRUM & Kanban boards to know the teams progress * Ability to identify RISKS or ISSUES during the sprint and help team in resolution of issues which impede progress. * Good exposure on sizing techniques used in agile process viz. Story Points * Ability to improve team maturity levels in understanding process and improving productivity in terms of velocity * Ability to train or educate team on agile process * Exposure using Agile Life Cycle Management tools like JIRA or Rally * Knowledge management tools such as SharePoint, Confluence etc. Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required: * Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs * Must be able to balance multiple priorities and multiple clients with diplomacy and tact * Motivated self-starter who is able to work independently * Good communicator with excellent planning and execution skills Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties) * Graduate or Graduate Caliber. * Formal project management and/or scrum master training and/or qualification. Working Conditions: * Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures. * The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary. * Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment. * Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.
