Salesforce, ranked by Forbes seven years running as the "World's Most Innovative Company" is seeking a talented and motivated individual to manage the Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) program at Salesforce HQ.
The MAC Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple functions and represent change management on behalf of WPS. This position will manage on site employee moves (individual, team, shuffles, and org) across our urban SF HQ campus. Additionally, the MAC program manager will manage a team that is responsible for storage, cubbies (personal lockers), plants, daily service tickets, event set ups, lobby activations, and special projects as assigned.
An important aspect of this role is understanding 'Salesforce Hospitality' to balance business justification with execution for each incoming request. The MAC Program Manager will work closely with the Occupancy Planning team to ensure space standards are upheld, with IT partners to ensure seamless execution across platforms, with internal events teams to provide event support, and with WS project managers to implement any FFE changes to rooms to fulfill customer request.
In this position it will be critical to support the Real Estate and Workplace Services team as we ramp up to activate new and refreshed Salesforce real estate.
Perform MAC programming in coordination with the global space planning and workplace services teams as well as provide overall management of programs associated to the MAC team.
Manage strategic planning for moves, adds, and changes (MAC) in coordination with space planning/occupancy
Manage move related requests and ensure Workplace Services and business units are kept up to date on activity
Vendor management for business partners to execute daily moves, group moves and unforeseen projects
Create and verify the from/to move list in collaboration with WS Move team. Schedule and coordinate with internal partners to ensure a seamless relocation to end users
Coordinates operational readiness meetings with internal stakeholders
Communicates needs for business units when change management is needed
Manages urgent requests for move management with business partners to execute for operational projects, GOE projects, shipping and receiving, events and facilities
Evaluates and provides improvement for move processes and vendors. Seeks for ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process.
Manage a diverse team of full time employees, contractors, and multiple vendors with a focus on teamwork and growth
Use defined standard room ratio guidelines, set by planning team, to vet all requests
Manage specific programs to benefit and improve HQ Workplace Services
Manage process for Ohana floor, lobbies and conference room setup support
Manage release schedule and deployment of offline/online programming of conference rooms
Manage HQ cubby program for employees/team storage
Manage offsite/onsite department storage program
Manage HQ plant maintenance program
Create and improve on processes for associated programs by collaborating with stakeholders
3-4 years of professional experience, including move management, building management, facilities and construction management
Experience executing projects in a leased environment in collaboration with property management groups
Excellent project management and communication skills
Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starting
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive, and client-focused attitude
Comfortable collaborating with diverse team members, including architects, building engineers, property management, senior internal partners, project managers, and facility managers
Proficient with Google Office applications (Gmail, Gcal, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and ability to become proficient with internal Salesforce applications (Chatter, Quip, Service Cloud, etc.)
Experience with analyzing utility data
Experience conducting/utilizing Life Cycle Assessments
Experience using Salesforce products
