Location: Raleigh, NC

The Workplace Operations Specialist will report directly to the Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace Operations. This role is based in Raleigh, NC.


  • Global Vendor Management:

  • Document deliverables and ensure they are received

  • Identify and address areas for improvement

  • Complete quarterly business reviews

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships

  • Global Space Management:

  • People Movement:

  • Adds, terminations, moves

  • Ensure all data stays current

  • Space Tool Management: SpaceIQ

  • Expert user

  • Identify additional beneficial features

  • Integrations with other applications

  • Data and Metrics

  • Lead the creation and tracking of metrics for the vendors and space management

  • Document Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each vendor

  • Track and analyze the space utilization data to assist in make space planning decisions

  • Maintain Workplace Operations internal website

  • Ownership of intranet communication for the Zscaler Facilities organization

  • Workorder Requests

  • Badging/Access Protocols

  • Global Location Information

  • Security Procedures

  • Food Service Offerings

  • Office Supplies

  • EV Program

  • Shipping/Receiving

  • Ensure all information and links are current

  • Office Administration: mail, communications, employee events

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities, or a related field
Your Required Experience/Skills:
  • 5+ years of related office management and facilities experience

  • Space Management: strategic and occupancy planning using illustrative floorplans and adhoc reports for space analyses. Perform seat audits as needed in support of occupancy planning.

  • Vendor Management: managing outsourced suppliers that handle multiple sites of varying complexity. Maintains knowledge of third-party agreements and drives compliance to scope of work while working to improve service delivery and issue resolution.

  • Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)

  • Critical thinker who is a resourceful and creative problem solver

  • Have a strong spirit of service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications

  • Ability to multi-task and pivot to new priorities in a fast-paced work environment

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and efficient time management skills

  • Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset

  • Responsible, punctual, and professional

What You'll Do Reporting to the Sr Manager of Bulk Products and Delivery Systems, you will be the expert in executing the Bulk Emulsion Trials strategy. You will be the field support for key emulsion trials with customers and joint ventures and maintain the trial fleet of equipment and work with engineering and Tradestar on delivery and commissioning of new vehicles. You will be responsible for evaluating performance and conducting training to equipment operators, and other company employees involved in the delivery and servicing of product to customers. Other duties include: * Writing and/or participating in the maintenance of current bulk delivery equipment required technical training Competency Standards and Working Instructions for local operation of delivery equipment. * Lead field support for trial shots as needed. Coordinate and operate equipment and product. * Support sales shot trials and customer needs as authorized by managers. * Train and coach employees to safely follow the standard operating procedures in preparing and detonating explosives and operating equipment to achieve the Company standards and customer expectations. * Participate in the Loss Control Board mandates in support of the implementation of all policies improving the quality of blasting services and limiting liability exposure related to the blast event. * Proactively handle safety issues and support Sales and Service targets for LTI's, MTI's, TRI's, FAI's, and CAR's. Support the implementation and use of risk assessment tools to promote personal responsibility for safety. * Comply with all applicable Dyno Nobel, federal, state and region regulations, and governing agencies. * Win the confidence of the people throughout Operations to instill professionalism and build morale. What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in area of responsibility OR equivalent education, training, and experience.
