Job Description:
The Seattle Workplace Operations manager role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across teams. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
This role will support the development of the site by ensuring the site is run efficiently and being proactive in making sure our employees have a site to be proud of.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team in Seattle. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Key Responsibilities include:
Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations, as well as establishing and optimizing the Audible culture in Seattle
Organize, execute, and assist with team and site activities (i.e., staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Manage the overall Seattle facility including safety, people, and communication procedures, as well liaising with GREF, Security, and the Facilities Manager to address and escalate any issues.
Manage the PO and invoice process for the Seattle office
Support Audible HR and Recruiting teams by managing and/or assisting with recruiting, interviewing, employee onboarding, and other HR-related events in Seattle
Work closely with the Seattle leadership team and Audible Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Management of complex calendar and scheduling, expense report, and travel for Seattle leadership
Track and help drive completion of key Seattle deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Document writing, editing, and readiness
Have fun at work and help others do the same

Basic Qualifications:
Experience providing executive support assistance at Senior management level
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
High levels of integrity and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
3+ years of prior business experience

You will help stand up our new Seattle office and will oversee all office services for our Seattle campus. This role will work closely with our Real Estate, Facilities, Project Delivery and Workplace teams to deliver the Cruise work environment to the Seattle market. Day-to-day responsibilities Include: * Work with the Cruise Real Estate and Workplace team to stand up all office services for our new Seattle campus including office equipment, supplies, food and beverage * Participate and support Cruise Global Director of Real Estate with the build out of our new office, and ongoing upgrades for the Seattle market * Assist as a point of contact with various vendors such as architects, project managers, contractors and maintenance * Responsible for the Workplace Operations team including reception and office services; bringing the highest quality customer service and support to the Cruise Workplace environment * Support space planning and move efforts using your knowledge of the local teams.
