JOB SUMMARY:

Oversee and manage the Corporate Facilities Workplace experience at multiple sites. Primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to, overall Facility presentation, Mailroom, Reception, Transportation, Food and Beverage, Janitorial and other similar areas as assigned. The individual will have responsibility to ensure sites present at a high level of service accountability across various corporate functions and key vendor partnerships. Achieving an overall primary objective of providing a workplace that excels in being Clean, Orderly, and in Good Condition.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and mentor direct reports (Coordinator Team, Reception Team, and Mailroom Team) through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.

  • Oversee the selection and management of all workplace service contractors and vendors. Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and work is completed in an appropriate and satisfactory manner.

  • Accurately plan budgets and ensure monthly budget adherence.

  • Lead and develop innovative programs and processes that enhance the workplace experience, increase employee engagement, and increase team efficiency and productivity. Identify cost saving opportunities when possible.

  • Manage and support capital projects, team strategic initiatives, and other key business directives.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders in various departments to identify, develop, and execute workplace strategies and programs that optimize the workspace, upgrade employee experience, and enhance productivity.

  • Lead the team in creating KPIs across all areas of focus to accurately represent successful performa

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Relevant Work Experience

At least 5 years of experience in facilities/workplace management; soft service delivery and/or hospitality experience a plus.

At least 3 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
