The Workplace Experience Coordinator manages daily operations and tenant engagement to create a vibrant workplace that increases individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness at Twelve24; a forward-thinking building for forward-moving innovators. In this role, you would manage several services for a brand new state of the art office building with the goal of ensuring that operations and policies align with client needs and objectives.
This role will help create, drive and implement procedures and policies with a key focus on the hospitality aspect of a world class operation. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who is great at fostering relationships, building community and can see big picture on the vision of Twelve24 and the direction that the property is looking to create.
A 335,000 square foot Class A property located in the heart of Central Perimeter, this property is a gem waiting for someone to help fuel outdoor terraces, patios, and recreation areas designed to break the boundary between outside and inside, offering a technology-enabled outdoor conference pavilion, places to play and a room to relax.
A 9,000 square foot amenity center with beautifully designed conference spaces equipped with state of the art AV/ IT, as well as a brand new full service fitness center, 5th floor lounge with public coffee bar, and 11,000 SF of ground floor retail and restaurants.
This individual will not only be the point person for hospitality services focusing on concierge and event planning, but also the community leader for the building focused on relationship building with the internal and external community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver great experience at highest level of hospitality service, tracking activities, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations, maintaining standards, elevating delight and removing obstacles.
Act as the first point of engagement with employees and visitors, setting a welcoming tone, and providing a warm, professional, and personal greeting to those entering the property.
Support exceptional event experiences to attract tenants and the community to engage with the asset and track effectiveness, satisfaction, and other feedback associated with events to inform future experience.
Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property. Respond to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner; summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures.
Work with the hotel team to ensure consistent integration with service offerings and identify collaborative opportunities.
Support wayfinding and tours of the space for new and remote employees who are new to the space.
Work with tenant representatives (office managers, HR teams, C-suite, etc). Identify and manage building sponsored volunteer activities (blood drive, habitat for humanity, etc).
Create networking events and meetups for the community. Support health and wellness in partnership with corporate fitness. Promote and support Host technology utilized by tenant base.
Create great experiences at the conference space, attracting tenants to the center as destination of choice for meetings and events.
Supervising personnel assigned to meeting, events & conference services including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, cross-training staff to perform shipping/receiving duties as back-up, and evaluating and developing performance.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 1 - 2 years related experience (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles) is preferred.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor. Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc. Comfortable with and embracing of new technologies and digital tools; such as Apps, databases, financial management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications.
Best candidates will have a genuine interest in in anticipating and serving the needs of others. A warm demeanor and desire to collaborate with others is key.
Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
1.Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training
