Job Summary:
Join the Colorado School of Public Health as a Finance Coordinator, a Working ORP Retiree
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Operations Director in managing financial transactions, including vendor contracts, requisitions and purchase orders, payment vouchers, honoraria, SOWs, non-employee stipends, and invoice payments.
Provide reimbursements and expense reallocations.
Tracking of project expenses.
Communicate with Project Operations Director for final reconciliation of each payment.
Interpret and follow current University rules and guidelines relating to procurement.
Attend trainings as needed or required.
This is a part-time position and reports to the Project Operations Director.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Professional experience in project management
Preferred Requirements
A master's degree from an accredited institution
Professional experience in a finance coordinator role for the Colorado School of Public Health
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.

Anticipated Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position has been established as $40/hour.
The above salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
