We are currently looking for a hands on, motivated, reliable and independent person to work in the Pierce County Area. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and the ability of our valued cleaners.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a night shift position consisting of Full-time hours.

Shift: Monday through Friday - 40 hrs. per week shift starts at 5:00 pm.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

As a night shift supervisor, you are in charge of supporting the night shift cleaners on their day to day operations as well as ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties consist of:

Inspections

• Inspecting in a timely manner taking pictures

• Scheduling Inspections

• Presenting inspection forms to cleaners finding solutions to issues.

• Consistent follow up with cleaners to ensure company standards are met.

Administrative Work

• Employee Time Management of Accounts

• Scheduling Inspections

• Scheduling/Covering Shifts

• Restocking Employee Stock Room

• Keeping Stock Room Tidy

Training

• Account cleaning training

• Proper supplies usage training

• Restocking supplies employee training

• Timesheet training

• Cleaning recurring scheduled accounts at times

Cleaning

• Fill-in cleaning as needed.

• Deep cleaning buildings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

• Some knowledge of standard cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies used in office and commercial cleaning.

• Some knowledge of janitorial safety procedures & compliance of all regulations regarding chemical storage and handling or willingness to learn!

Skills

• Leadership skills

• Independence. Willingness to complete tasks and go the extra mile without being directed.

• Communication skills.

• Ability to influence employees in a team effort management style.

• Efficiency and time management

Education

• High School Diploma w/ 1-2 years experience working in the janitorial/maintenance field in a management/supervisory role - preferred but not required.

Licenses & Requirements

• Valid Driver's License

• Valid Auto Insurance - no more than 2 motor vehicle violations in the past 3 years

Physical Demands

• Walking, standing, bending over, kneeling, sitting for extended periods in-office setting & field.

• Work in both office and commercial environments (PPE use required in some locations).

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
