We are currently seeking a Working Capital Coordinator to be located in Coppell, TX and report to the Working Capital Supervisor. The Working Capital Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the accuracy of all asset records, service and maintenance for both US and Canada plus managing the Capital Budget. It manages a $5 Million in capital and $1 Million expense budget.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure consistency and standardization in maintaining assets record, equipment record and 3rd party database.

  • Review asset requests from Sales to ensure that it supports business requirements and ensure consistency and standardization in approving assets.

  • Create, review and submit PO's for 3rd party service invoices. Once invoiced, GR & GI the po's for payment. Verify the invoice is in compliance with our contracts.

  • Create, review and submit PO's for trade assets (cold equipment). Determine the best price order quantity based on current number of units required. Once invoiced, GR & GI the po's for payment to be processed and asset record to be created.

    Populate asset records and corresponding equipment records. Work with fixed asset accounting to initiate depreciation. Update forecast as required by Asset Accounting.

  • Create the annual CEA for capital budgeting. Work closely with Retail Finance regarding the ROI requirement and 5-year plan.

  • Decision point: based on aging and service matrix, decide to asset transfer or destroy certain units. Submit asset write-off form to Asset Accounting with required approvals. Manage liquidating units to other outside Companies by negotiating prices.


Key qualifications include:

  • 2 years of experience demonstrating problem solving, multi-tasking and attention to details

  • Proficient transaction processing skills / SAP knowledge a plus

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data reconciliation and management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Work effectively across functions

  • Ability to follow compliance standards

  • Travel will be 0-5%
